SHIPPING & CUSTOM ORDERS

I work very hard to ensure all of my stained glass pieces and mosaics are shipped with the best care. All items are shipped in bubble wrap and packing.

​

  • Shipping Options: Shipping Options: We ship USPS priority mail. Charging one flat rate shipping cost of $7.99 that includes tracking and insurance. 

  • Cost of Shipping: $7.99 flat rate in US.

  • Duration of Shipping: When sent via priority mail generally 1-3 business days. Which may very depending on weather and the post office. 

  • Handling Time:  7 business days.

  • Restrictions: If you are purchasing/shipping to an Ohio location, I must collect sales tax as I have a physical location in the state of Ohio. Sales tax is based on the arrival location and will be added to the price of your item.

ITEMS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

You must contact us with in 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. When you contact us in the time frame above we will be happy to assist you. We will try our best to work with you, getting a replacement to you in a timely manner. ** due to glass availability and style it may not exactly like the first one, but we do our best to match!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled BEFORE we receive your deposit on a custom order. 

 

RETURNS

 

I do not accept returns or exchanges all sales are final. Please ask any questions before purchasing.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
